What Is Not
Automatically Included
Unless specifically listed in your proposal, a DIY kit does not automatically include interior electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, flooring, wall finishes, site work, permits, utility connections, or final installation labor.
Clear Scope. No Guessing.
Your proposal and purchase order will identify the exact components included in your package. Our team will review the scope with you before production begins so both sides are working from the same plan.
