Every DIY package is clearly defined before production so you understand what our team will manufacture, what will be delivered, and what remains for you to complete. Package contents vary by project, size, foundation type, and selected build level.
Foundation Packages
FOUNDATION PACKAGE
A foundation-only package may include:
Trailer Made tiny house trailer or hybrid trailer/site foundationPurpose-built bumper-pull, gooseneck, hybrid trailer, or site-foundation system
Engineered structural steel construction
Axles, suspension, brakes, coupler, safety equipment, and leveling components when applicable
Protective coating system

Foundation + Subfloor Package
This package can add:
Structural floor framing
Insulated or ready-for-insulation floor system, depending on scope
Subfloor decking
Galvanized belly pan or underbody protection where specified
Foundation + Steel Frame Kit
This package can include
Precision cold-formed galvanized steel wall panels
Roof and loft framing components
Pre-cut and labeled framing members
Engineered openings for windows and doors
Assembly drawings and project-specific documentation
Weather-Tight Shell Package
A shell package may add:
Exterior sheathing
Weather-resistant barrier
Roofing, Exterior doors
Siding, Windows
Flashing and exterior weather protection
Available Options
Projects may also include insulation packages, specialty coatings, upgraded windows and doors, custom lofts, porches, decks, stairs, delivery, and other project-specific components.
What Is Not Automatically Included
Unless specifically listed in your proposal, a DIY kit does not automatically include interior electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, flooring, wall finishes, site work, permits, utility connections, or final installation labor.
