Yes. Delivery depends on project size, route, permits, escorts, site access, and final destination. Pickup is also available.
Most projects are customized by size, foundation, frame, finish level, delivery, and intended use. We prepare project-specific proposals instead of relying on generic online pricing that may not reflect the actual scope.
Customers can choose foundation-only packages, foundation plus subfloor, steel frame kits, DIY kits, weather-tight shells, semi-complete homes, turnkey homes, ADUs, modular projects, and custom commercial builds.
Yes. Our DIY kits and frame packages are designed for capable builders who want a professionally engineered structural start. Project complexity, local rules, tools, and experience still matter.
A shell typically includes the structural foundation and framing plus selected exterior-envelope components such as sheathing, weather barrier, windows, exterior doors, roofing, and siding. Exact scope is listed in the proposal.
A hybrid foundation can transport the structure on wheels and then function as a site-supported or skid-style foundation after placement, depending on engineering and local requirements.
Yes. We support backyard ADUs, modular homes, single-family modular projects, park models, workforce housing, and commercial applications. The appropriate code and approval path depends on the project and location.
Certification and inspection requirements vary by product type and jurisdiction. We support applicable NOAH, NTA, IRC, ANSI, modular, RV, and state-manufacturing pathways as appropriate to the specific project.
Qualifying Trailer Made foundations and steel frame systems include lifetime warranty coverage. Additional products may have separate manufacturer warranties. Terms are provided in writing.
Lead time depends on the product, design approvals, engineering, material selections, current production schedule, and project scope. Foundation-only projects are generally faster than shells or complete homes.
