Real Factory.

Real Experience.

Not a reseller.

Not a broker.

A true American tiny home manufacturer.

Why Choose Trailer Made
Tiny House Foundations

Trailer Made was built around a simple idea: a tiny home deserves a foundation engineered for a home—not a trailer adapted from another use. For more than 15 years, we have manufactured structural foundations, subfloor systems, and framing packages for homeowners, professional builders, schools, developers, and specialty commercial projects across the country.

Real Manufacturing Experience

Our team works from a Colorado manufacturing facility with in-house welding, steel fabrication, CNC and roll-forming capability, cold-formed steel framing production, coating, assembly, and quality control.

We do not simply resell another company’s chassis. We build the structural systems ourselves.

Built for the Structure Above It

A tiny house foundation must support permanent and concentrated building loads during transport, placement, and use—not only an empty chassis rating. Before fabrication, the project should define wall and loft locations, roofing, openings, appliances, tanks, cabinetry, mechanical equipment, estimated completed weight, tongue or hitch load, axle placement, GVWR strategy, attachment points, intended mobility, and delivery route.

Coordinating those inputs before fabrication gives the floor, wall, and foundation systems a defined structural interface and reduces avoidable dimensional or load-path conflicts later in the build.

One Manufacturer.
One Structural Package.

Customers can choose a foundation only or bundle the foundation with:

When the chassis, subfloor, and framing are developed as one package, connection details, dimensions, openings, and load paths can be coordinated in the approved drawings and written scope before assembly.

Built to Support
Multiple Build Paths

Our systems support tiny homes on wheels, hybrid trailer-to-site foundations, ADUs, park models, modular projects, commercial structures, shells, and DIY packages.

We also work with builders and developers who need repeatable structural systems and reliable manufacturing capacity.

A Warranty That
Means Something

Our lifetime foundation warranty reflects the confidence we have in the design, materials, and workmanship behind qualifying Trailer Made foundations. Warranty details depend on the product and project, and our team will explain the applicable coverage in your proposal.
