Commercial Trailer Foundations For
Mobile Businesses And Specialty Builds

Commercial mobile structures demand more than a standard utility trailer. Equipment loads, service windows, tanks, generators, customer traffic, rooftop systems, and specialty layouts all affect the foundation beneath the build. Trailer Made manufactures purpose-built commercial foundations for mobile bars, food and beverage concepts, offices, restrooms, retail units, experiential vehicles, workshops, classrooms, and other custom applications.

Built Around
Your Business

Every commercial project begins with the operating requirements—not a generic chassis.

We can account for:

Equipment and concentrated loads

Fresh, gray, and waste-water tanks

Generator platforms and battery systems

Service windows and awnings

Rooftop HVAC and solar

Customer-access areas and steps

Commercial plumbing and electrical layouts

Detachable decks and specialty modules

Year-round operating conditions

A Foundation That Supports the Whole Project

Foundation design is coordinated with the operating use, equipment and tank loads, occupied areas, structural openings, rooftop systems, estimated completed weight, tongue or hitch load, axle placement, GVWR strategy, deck height, tow vehicle, route, and site setup. Customers can purchase the chassis alone or combine it with an installed subfloor, galvanized cold-formed steel framing, or a weather-tight shell.

We have supported projects ranging from mobile hospitality and event concepts to offices, classrooms, restroom facilities, and specialty commercial vehicles. That experience allows us to identify structural and operational considerations early—before they become expensive field changes.

From One-Off Concepts to Repeatable Programs

For a one-off unit, the platform can be developed around the approved equipment plan and operating requirements. For a repeat program or fleet, the prototype should establish controlled drawings, interfaces, bill-of-material assumptions, quality checkpoints, configuration options, and revision history so later units can be manufactured consistently. Each completed unit still requires the registrations, road-use compliance, permits, inspections, and operating approvals applicable to its use and location.

Start Your Commercial Project

Share the business use, operating locations, floor plan, planned equipment, tank and utility capacities, customer-access areas, rooftop loads, target dimensions, estimated completed weight, tow-vehicle information, expected production quantity, delivery schedule, and desired build level. We can identify the structural and project details needed for a commercial consultation and project-specific proposal.
