Steel Frame Build Process
Project Review
We begin with your plans, sketches, dimensions, intended use, location, foundation type, and project goals.
Design & Engineering
The frame geometry, loads, openings, roof, lofts, and foundation connections are coordinated. Required documentation depends on the project and jurisdiction.
Approval
You review the design information and confirm the layout before manufacturing begins. Changes made after approval may affect schedule and cost, so this is the point to resolve important details.
CNC Manufacturing
Galvanized steel coil is formed and components are produced to the approved design. Members are cut, punched, and prepared with consistent manufacturing data.
Labeling + Packaging
Parts are labeled and organized to support efficient handling and assembly. Packaging may be coordinated by wall, roof, loft, or construction phase.
Foundation + Subfloor Coordination
When the frame is bundled with a Trailer Made foundation and installed subfloor, the critical structural systems are coordinated as one package
Assembly
The frame can be assembled by our team, a professional builder, or a capable DIY customer. Plans and technical support help guide the process.
Sheathing + Weatherproofing
Customers may stop at the bare frame or continue into a weather-tight shell with sheathing, weather barrier, windows, doors, roofing, and siding.
Pickup or Delivery
Completed packages can be picked up or delivered, subject to size, route, access, and transportation requirements.
