Each package is developed around the approved project dimensions, foundation, loads, openings, roof and floor systems, design criteria, and assembly scope rather than a generic framing layout. Components are CNC-produced from the approved model, then cut, punched, labeled, and organized for the build. This can reduce field measuring, cutting, waste, and dimensional variation. Installers must still verify foundations, dimensions, member orientation, temporary bracing, connections, fasteners, openings, plumb, level, and sequencing against the project drawings.
