Custom Cold-Formed Steel Frame Kits Ready for Assembly

Our galvanized cold-formed steel frame kits are produced in our 47,000-square-foot Colorado manufacturing facility for tiny homes, ADUs, modular homes, cabins, commercial units, and specialty structures. Each package is developed around the approved project dimensions, foundation, loads, openings, roof and floor systems, design criteria, and assembly scope rather than a generic framing layout. Compare the broader applications on our steel frame systems overview.

What a

Frame Kit Can Include

Exterior and interior wall framing

Roof framing

Loft and floor framing

Window and door openings

Structural headers and reinforcement

Bracing and connection details

Labeled framing members

Assembly drawings and project documentation

Manufactured for Efficient Assembly

Components are CNC-produced from the approved model, then cut, punched, labeled, and organized for the build. This can reduce field measuring, cutting, waste, and dimensional variation. Installers must still verify foundations, dimensions, member orientation, temporary bracing, connections, fasteners, openings, plumb, level, and sequencing against the project drawings.

DIY-Friendly
by Design

If you are new to the planning process, begin with our Tiny House Basics guide. A steel frame kit can make the structural scope more defined for capable DIY builders, but it is not a substitute for construction knowledge, safe erection planning, or local approvals. Customers remain responsible for required tools and lifting, temporary bracing, weather protection, permits, inspections, licensed trades, and work outside the written package. Kit features may include:

Lightweight components

Straight and consistent materials

Labeled members

Reduced material waste

Cleaner handling and storage

Non-combustible framing material

Builder-Ready for
Repeat Production

Professional builders and developers can use controlled digital models, labeled members, connection details, packaging plans, and repeatable manufacturing files across prototypes or multiple units. The project team must coordinate architectural and MEP interfaces, foundations, code requirements, field tolerances, erection sequencing, inspections, and revision control.

Custom or Standardized

Share the project location and use, architectural plans or concept, dimensions, foundation, design loads and criteria if known, wall and roof assemblies, openings, quantity, schedule, delivery needs, and desired package level. We can evaluate whether the information is ready for engineering and manufacturing, identify missing decisions, and prepare project-specific frame-kit scope and pricing.
